How to Enter

To enter, please bring your layout in a page protector with the following attached to the back:

1. Name, Address & Phone Number
2. Brief Description
3. Products Used List, include company, etc.

All layout submissions will be due by the 25th of each month. Winners will be notified on the 1st of each month. Please note that all submissions must be picked up by the 14th of the month following submission. SYHO will not be responsible for pages after that date.
